All our orders are shipped First Class via USPS. For custom orders please allow 2 weeks for production and deliveries.

RETURN POLICY

Hey Elmer LLC accepts returns or exchanges on any Hey Elmer branded products that do not show any signs of wear and tear, within 15 days of purchase. Customers will receive a full refund with the exception of the shipping rate which is nonrefundable. CUSTOMERS will be responsible for shipping costs on the product they wish to return. If your package is lost, we must wait 21 days for U.S. orders and 45 days for international to begin a claim. Once a claim has been resolved, a new product(s) will be shipped at no cost to you.

CUSTOM ORDERS: Please note that custom printed items are non-returnable. However, in the event of any damaged goods on a custom order, we are committed to providing replacements within 15 days of purchase.
